I had a nice stay at Hacienda Real Del Caribe, thanks to its prime location and charming atmosphere. The staff, particularly Paulina, offered really good service throughout my visit. However, noise from nearby bars made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which was a significant downside to my experience.

The service from the staff was really good; they really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
